Chris Langone is Vice President, Business Development at Symphony Technology Group’s Palo Alto, California headquarters. Chris is responsible for deal sourcing as well as developing relationships with investment bankers and other financial professionals. Prior to joining STG, Chris was a Vice President at boutique investment bank, Redwood Capital Group, based in the firm`s New York office. Prior to Redwood, Chris was with Bank of America and BMO Capital Markets. Chris has 14 years of investment banking experience handling M&A transactions, public equity offerings and debt financings for tech-enabled services, marketing services, outsourced services, for-profit education and human capital companies. During his tenure on Wall Street, Chris has completed over $3 billion of transactions for more than 40 growth stage and middle-market companies including. Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts from Brown University.
