Brad MacMillin is Chief Financial Officer of Symphony Technology Group. Brad manages STG`s investor relations, financial reporting, accounting, tax, partnership matters, compliance, human resources and other financial, legal and administrative functions at the firm. Brad also assists with STG’s deal structuring, deal execution and portfolio management. He currently serves on the boards of directors of STG companies Teleca, Shopzilla, EYC and SAM.
Prior to joining Symphony, Brad was a chief financial officer and/or vice president of finance of several successful technology companies, including Stentor, a health care enterprise software company that was acquired during its IPO registration process by Philips Medical Systems (NYSE: PHG). Earlier in his career, Brad was a corporate securities lawyer with Cooley Godward focused on representing emerging companies and investment funds, and a certified public accountant with Arthur Andersen.
Brad received his undergraduate degree in economics / business magna cum laude from UCLA and a law degree with Order of the Coif honors from UC Hastings.
