Ventiv Technology announced the release of a new capability for its claims administration clients: Ventiv Claims Intelligence. This new capability evolves Ventiv’s feature-rich claims administration software by empowering users to make better decisions faster by bringing them timely, actionable data embedded within Ventiv’s claims administration solutions.

“As a leader of claims solutions in the risk and insurance market, we are excited to release Claims Intelligence,” said Stephen Rhee, chief executive officer at Ventiv Technology. “In the market today, many claims solutions take a ‘just-the-facts’ approach to reporting. This solution opens up a new level of insight for our clients by enhancing claims professionals’ awareness of day-to-day claims handling while also offering insights into what they might expect in the future.”

With Claims Intelligence users have the ability to:

  • Stay informed and make better decisions with easy-to-use and intuitive reporting
  • View dynamic dashboards that reflect the state of claims operations, highlight problem areas and include drill down capabilities that allow for quick analysis of any problems
  • Spot trends and proactively identify issues via analytics

Jeffrey Goldberg, Novarica’s vice president of research and consulting, says, “When it comes to business intelligence, it’s not just about getting the data, it’s also about getting that data in front of the right users at the point when they need it.”

Placing Claims Intelligence within iVOS empowers users to impact how a claim is handled for the best possible outcome. Delivery of such information can include simple lists, pivot tables, graphs, charts and a combination of integrated reports within dashboards.

Claims Intelligence will be on display at the Insurance and Accounting and Systems Association’s (IASA) Annual Educational Conference and Business Show, June 12th-15th, 2016 and at America’s Claims Event, June 22th-24th, 2016.
