SPH Analytics ranked number four on Modern Healthcare’s list of largest patient satisfaction measurement firms. SPH Analytics is the top firm recognized for services to healthcare organizations such as hospitals, health systems, ambulatory surgical centers, dialysis centers, clinics, and many of the nations leading health plans.
The ranking is based on reported data for 2014 performance and is another addition to the SPH Analytics (SPHA) satisfaction bests. SPHA announced last month that 20 percent of their clients had four to five-star ratings on the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA)’s Health Insurance Plan Rating 2015-2016.
